The same meticulous care as our recurring visits, with the extra time and attention an empty home deserves.

Since there's no furniture or daily life in the way yet, we're able to reach every surface fully, so what you walk into feels genuinely untouched.

What's cared for, in every room?

In every room: light switches, doorknobs door frames, fans, and baseboards are dusted.

Bedroom

• Surfaces, dressers, and nightstands dusted and wiped

• Windows and glass spot-cleaned where present, mirrors polished

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Kitchen

• Counters, backsplash, and all surfaces cleaned

• Appliances cleaned inside and out, including microwave and toaster oven if present

• Stovetop and front of oven cared for

• Sink cleaned to the drain cover

• Sliding glass door wiped

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathroom

• All surfaces and cupboard fronts cleaned

• Toilet cleaned inside and out

• Shower and tub cleaned top to bottom

• Vanity wiped, all metal polished to a shine

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Living Room

• Surfaces and electronics dusted and wiped

• Windows and glass spot-cleaned, mirrors polished

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Is this for move-in only, or move-out too?
Move-In Clean is specifically for homes being moved into. We don't currently offer move-out cleaning.

Do you clean inside cabinets and drawers?
Cabinet interiors can be added on for an additional cost. Just let us know when you book.

Do you bring your own supplies?
Always. You needn't prepare a thing.
